HOW DO I GET STARTED?

#1: After you’ve paid your setup fee, you will complete an Onboarding survey to provide us with necessary details for installing Social Siren into your business (Business Details, Back End Credentials, Website andDomain Registrar Access, Pain Points, and Strengths).

#2: Our team will review, and install Social Social to your back end and website - this typically takes 5-10 business days

#3: Once set up is ready we then have a 1:1 Onboarding Call in which we get you set up for success:

◆ On the day of your onboarding, you'll make your first payment, marking the beginning of your monthly membership

WHAT IF I DECIDE THIS ISN'T FOR ME?

We understand that circumstances may change. Whether you've chosen a membership commitment (4/8/12 months) or the Month to Month option, we've got you covered.  

For commitment plans: Your chosen plan is designed to provide benefits throughout its specified duration. Once the commitment starts, it becomes non-refundable. If you opt not to renew after the commitment period, access concludes without further billing. Kindly note that cancellations before the commitment period ends and refunds/returns once it commences are not available.  

For Month to Month: If you choose the monthly payment option, you can cancel anytime. However, please note that all sales are non-refundable due to the setup and access provided.  

Regardless of your commitment: Once you cancel, we'll uninstall Social Siren from your website within 5-10 business days. It's important to remember that you'll be responsible for returning your website to its previous state. This means reconnecting your contact methods and making any necessary adjustments. Don't worry, though! We'll be there to guide and support you throughout this process to ensure a smooth transition.
